Architype designed a brochure that showcased the contemporary features and strategic location of White Rose House. The cover design referenced the exposed utilities and interior design of the space, setting the stage for the industrial-chic aesthetic within.
The strategic location of White Rose House was a key focus. Situated in the heart of Headingley, 3 miles north of Leeds city centre, the building is easily accessed and visible from Otley Road. The brochure highlighted the proximity to various amenities such as Headingley Central, main clearing banks, and numerous restaurants and bars, all within a 5-minute walk. Additionally, the direct access to Leeds city centre via the A660 Otley Road and the easy driving distance to other north Leeds suburbs via the Leeds Outer Ring Road (A6120) were emphasised.
