White Rose House

Taking cues from the building’s exposed structure to create a visual language rooted in the space itself.

White Rose House is a contemporary office building in the heart of Headingley, combining an accessible North Leeds location with refurbished workspace characterised by exposed services and an industrial-influenced interior.

Those interior details provided the starting point for the brochure. Rather than applying an unrelated property brand, we developed a graphic language that references the building’s exposed utilities and architectural structure, creating a visual link between the marketing and the space itself. Original photography was used to capture both the character of the refurbishment and the building’s prominent location, while a clear editorial structure brought together accommodation, specification, amenities and transport information in a concise and easy-to-navigate brochure.
