Central House

With its prominent position at the intersection of St Paul’s Street and Central Street, Central House is located in the centre of the traditional core of Leeds City Centre. This imposing brick-built office building which has been substantially furbished to provide contemporary accommodation featuring exposed services and a private roof terrace.

We developed a cohesive brand identity for the property, captured  photography that showcases its unique features and atmosphere, and designed two distinct brochures to effectively market the available office space, ensuring the property's prime location is highlighted to prospective tenants.
