We were asked to create a brochure for 2 Park Lane, highlighting its modern amenities and prime location, attracting high-quality tenants by showcasing the building's unique features and its prominent position overlooking Leeds Inner Ring Road.
We began by emphasising the visual appeal of the building, capturing images of the recently refurbished reception and meeting rooms alongside the modern, open-plan office spaces available, ensuring that they stood out to potential tenants.
