2 Victoria Avenue
We were asked to design a brochure that highlighted the modern features and prime location of 2 Victoria Avenue. Attracteding interest from professional businesses by showcasing the building's comprehensive office facilities and strategic position within Harrogate.
Our design showcased the fully fitted-out spaces, which include a mix of open-plan and partitioned offices. We also emphasized the comprehensive staff facilities available on-site: break-out areas, kitchen facilities, shower and drying rooms, and high-quality restrooms. Emphasis was placed on its prime location, linking key parts of Harrogate such as West Park and Station Parade. Highlighting the prestigious nature of the neighborhood, with nearby professional occupiers including surveyors, architects, solicitors, and financial service companies, as well as the Library and Law Courts.
