Apsley House
We took a multi-faceted approach to showcase the unique qualities of Apsley House. This included not only designing the brochure but also providing interior and exterior photography, as well as drone images to capture the building's grandeur and its prime city centre location at the intersection of Queen Street and Wellington Street, just a 2-3 minute walk from Leeds train station, City Square, the Law Courts complex, and the retail sector of Leeds City Centre.
The cover design reflects the extensive use of glass in the building’s recent refurbishment, highlighting the contemporary updates to this historic grade II listed building. Following the impactful cover, the next two pages were dedicated to striking images that captured the grandeur of Apsley House’s facade and its inviting reception area, emphasising the abundant natural light and the luxurious nature of the building’s design.
