The Small Mill
The Small Mill is a character-rich creative workspace located on Chadwick Street in the rapidly transforming South Bank area of Leeds. The building is a unique award-winning conversion of two reclaimed grain silos and 19th-century warehouses, featuring exposed engineering brick walls, original oak roof trusses, and structural steel. A recent three-storey extension provides additional open plan Grade-A office space and ample meeting rooms.
The South Bank is a walkable neighborhood with amenities like North Star Coffee Shop, Nova Bakehouse, Leeds Dock, and is home to Sky Digital and several top digital agencies. The building's accessible location is only a 15-minute walk from Leeds train station or a quick journey by river taxi via Leeds Dock, with easy access by car from major motorways.
We highlighted the building's distinctive character by featuring a striking image of the unique grain silos on the cover of the brochure. The first spread highlighted the impressive facade, focusing on the award-winning three-storey extension. Additional photography was carefully chosen to convey the wealth and variety of space on offer, emphasising the mix of open plan desk space, meeting rooms, and collaborative workspaces.
